HyChem has acquired all the shares held by Bondalti Chemicals in Renoeste, becoming the new owner of the company headquartered in Carriço, in the municipality of Pombal.

It is called HyVeritas, is born from a partnership between HyChem and TecnoVeritas in the areas of energy transition and low-carbon mobility, and was presented to the market during the recent Lisbon Energy Summit.

HyChem was one of the member companies of BCSD Portugal that signed the "Towards COP27" Manifesto, which the Business Council for Sustainable Development published in the national media.

The drill was previously communicated to the competent authorities and involved internal intervention teams, including the Company's medical staff, as well as external emergency response resources.
