A4F Group Announces New CEO to Lead Next Phase of Growth

The arrival of Luís Delgado marks the beginning of a new strategic phase for the Company, with a focus on strengthening the organizational structure and executing its ambitious investment plan in the areas of energy efficiency, hydrogen production and distribution, biotechnology industrialization, and biorefineries, within a circular economy framework.

With a solid career spanning more than 25 years across several industries, Luís Delgado brings extensive experience in leadership, innovation, and high-performance team management. Prior to joining A4F Group, he served as an executive board member at Bondalti, where he was responsible for operations, technology, innovation, and sustainability.

Luís Delgado, 54, holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and an MBA from Nova School of Business and Economics. He succeeds Manuel Gil Antunes as CEO, who remains Chairman of the Group and the controlling shareholder.
